Duration: 51 episodes Good Points: One of the greatest I think is the battle animation. It's so clean and streamlined, all movements liquid and natural. There's a lot of skill shown. Also, the story will keep you on your toes. Bad Points: There's a lot of filler in the first half of the series, which is tedious and annoying. Also, beware screaming children. Conclusion: This series is one of those great ones that don't come along all the time. It seamlessly mixes humor, drama, angst, horror, everything into a cohesive bundle. The philosophy inherent alone is worth watching, so buy it, find it, just watch the thing and bear through the first half to get to the real beauty in the second. Duration: 358 pages, part one of a trilogy Good Points: Inventions. Dear gods, the inventions are lovely and funny. Then there's the seamless integration of new parts of Wonderland, great pulling from the original source for some very cool reimaginings...All in all, it's a creative kid's dream. Bad Points: Some characters don't quite get what's coming to them, but there's hope for the next two books. Conclusion: Beddor has definitely shed new life into Wonderland with this book. It'll keep you hooked from start to finish! Score: 8
Duration: One Shot Good Points: The animation is GORGEOUS. It's so smooth, fluid, lovely... And, of course, yay for seeing Zack so nicely anime-ized!! Bad Points: If you see this without the context of FF7, there's very little meaning to the whole thing. It's just a chase and then a strange, blacked ending. Duration: 13 episodes Good Points: Well...the ending theme animation is cute. Bad Points: About 70% of the time, you don't know what the hell is going on. The storyline is ridiculous and segmented without much in the way of cohesion or even coherency. Conclusion: Definitely not the best thing I've seen and not worth wasting much time on unless you're just in it for the girl in fetish outfits. Duration: 24 episodes Good Points: Good GODS, the art in this series is wonderful! There are patterns everywhere and it's just beautiful. The music is also lovely as are the character designs. Bad Points: Well, not many. The only oddity really is the whole aliens and space travel thing. Conclusion: This is a MUST SEE.
